- Agency compensation – Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of advisor compensation.
- Agency Integration and Development – Support the harmonization project for Elite and PAM, ensuring seamless integration and alignments of goal.
- System Enhancement – Revise and maintain the existing system to support updated methodologies and process.
- Routine Reporting – Generate and distribute routine reports to management and sales force on agency performance.
Major Accountabilities
Agency compensation
Validate the Advisor’s Balanced Score Card (BSC) results to ensure accurate reflection of score.Oversee the accurate distribution of fixed and variable commissions.Monitor and validate production and persistency bonuses to ensure alignment with company policies and performance metrics.Support the development of Agency Integration and Development :
Supporting the harmonization initiative for Elite and PAM, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of goals.Assess and comprehend long term benefit / spin-off benefits from harmonized projects to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.Financial Support schemes to support the growth and development of new recruits.Development of New and Routine Reporting :
Generate and distribute routine reports for management and sales forces.Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and provide valuable insights into performance metrics and compensation structures.Act as a liaison between management and sales teams to ensure clear communication of performance and compensation information.Revise and maintain the existing systems to support updated methodologies and processes.Update the PAM BSC tabulation methodology to harmonize with Elite approach.Enhance the PAM production and persistency bonus structures.Develop and refine performance dashboards and commission statements within the SAM portal to provide clear, actionable insights for users.Clawback Recovery Management
Track, monitor, and manage clawback cases across the agency force.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve clawback recovery rate and implement preventive measures.Provide regular updates and insights on clawback trends, root causes, and proposed solutions.Seniority level
