Job Purpose
To ensure smooth operations in O&M for daily and monthly functions.
To ensure confidentiality of records and data, restrict the flow of information to other non-relevant parties according to the Company’s policy and procedure.
To ensure team’s compliance with all internal and external regulatory, AMLA guidelines and Risk requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise operations (staff of O&M) to ensure quality and smooth running of daily jobs.
Contract Processing
To ensure daily contracts (Local and Outbound) are generated and accounted with effective controls in place.
To process contract day end processing – outbound / local
System Maintenance
To assist on system maintenance set up for parameter setting, system brokerages and Code table maintenance etc.
CIF data cleansing
To assist on data cleansing in order to synchronize correct data in ASPROD and Guava system.
Client Screening
To check on ad-hoc screening for Compliance reporting of DPP orders, AMLA, MULE accounts and annual Sanction list.
Others
To act on Special Instructions.
To perform Remisier and Client transfer
To perform Insiders tagging in ASPROD and BMS
To maintain TCPRO AND BMS id – creation, updating and deletion
To attend to special requests for report printing from SC and authorities
To attend to UAT
To improve / automate on current daily jobs with new CRs
To assist in settling problems in relation to AS400 reported by branches in relation to contracts and others.
To head new RPA projects
Month End Reporting
To run month end jobs for reporting
Client ledger for archives
Skills / Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
Leadership qualities and proficiency in written English.
