How You Succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology trends and advancements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop architecture solutions that meet their requirements. You’ll also need to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions.

What You Do

• Design and develop technology architecture solutions that align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Possess good understanding of architecture strategy and roadmap and able to align design towards them interpedently.
• Able to produce design blueprints and best‑fit architectural solutions for a complete application as well as end to end design covering multiple interconnected systems and processes.
• Update or produce new architecture frameworks and guiding principles for review. Possess good understanding of why, when and how to apply them.
• Possess in‑depth understanding of more than one functional domain and the processes around it in Financial Services. Able to quickly pick up new domain knowledge, for e.g. payments, core banking, wealth, etc.
• Provide detailed design (sequence diagrams, domain‑driven, bounded context, granularity of microservices).
• Deliver the business capability and ensuring architecture principles are adhered to, conduct design review and define tech stack.
• Escalate design and implementation challenges to Architecture and Engineering forum for resolution.
• Work hands‑on with development and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions.
• Provide regular support / guidance on complex coding, issue resolution and implementation / execution.
