Sr Equipment Engineer - Wafer Test Prober (P3)

Typical Responsibilities include :

• Troubleshooting & fix equipment failures
• Optimizing equipment to match process performance across tools and maximize output.
• Qualifying new equipment
• Monitoring process and equipment measurements to improve quality
• Designing, prototyping, and deploying equipment upgrades
• Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of yield improvement programs
• Equipment improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
• Analyzing cycle time and equipment availability / utilization metrics
• Writing operating and equipment maintenance specifications
• Partnering with manufacturing operations to continuously improve factory performance

Wafer Prober – Strongly preferred ADI prober TEL Prober P8 / P8XL / TEL Octo Precio / P12 / P12XL(Primary), Electroglas EG2001 / EG4090 / EG4090U, Accretec / TSK UL3000.

or Semiconductor Test Handler

Familiar Wafer Prober - Tester interface – Strongly preferred ADI tester platform (LTX-TS88, NIGP3, Teradyne ETS364, J750, Micro Flex, A565, A575, Catalyst, Teradyne

CTS5010 / 5040 / 5340 / LCT40 and HP94k
