Randstad has recently partnered with a software company that provides custom app solution. They are looking to hire a Business Development to be based in KL.

about the job

Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

about the requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in the SaaS industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel to Johor for 1 or 2 times to meet the team.
