Production Operator

Role and Responsibilities

• Able to handle and operate the plant efficiently.
• To take samples for inspection.
• To assist supervisor blending troubleshooting.
• Cleaning of plant equipment such as plant strainer, pump strainer, all sample trays and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Follow strict Safety Rules Regulations and company policy.
• To optimize production capacity, yields and product quality.
• As shift fire-fighting crew, play an active role in fire prevention fire-fighting during emergency cases.
• Monitor the plant performance and record the field log sheets and checklist recordings.
• Provide necessary assistance to maintenance staff in the plant. Ensure effective implementation and compliance of TPM and Ownership program.
• Follow and practice ISO 9001 : 2015, GMP and other standard procedures that use in the plant.
• Assist / handle any other task as assigned by superior or HOD from time to time.
