Internal security audits and incident & crisis management plans. Training and awareness raising, KPI reporting. 5+ years of security / incident management experience or 5+ years management experience in the energy sector. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Master’s degree or comparable work experience. Basic IT tools (Office Suite). Experience in security operations and recommending security technology. Experience conducting security risk assessments and making recommendations. Knowledge of duty‑of‑care best practices for travelers to high‑risk countries. Relevant professional certification. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead in challenging circumstances and maintain confidentiality. Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Implement the Technip Energies Security and Incident Management systems in the operating center.
- Coordinate and manage security correspondents and managers of operating entities, projects and sites.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other operating centers and corporate security managers.
- Provide subject matter expertise to local business leaders and project directors.
- Conduct security risk assessments and support global security initiatives.
- Lead regional and local incident management preparedness and response and training initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security and incident management systems through internal audits.
