Job Responsibilities : -
- Develop and manage a growing client portfolio; understand client hiring needs, culture, and salary benchmarks.
- Business development : generate new leads, respond to client briefs, and participate in client meetings.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate onboarding; manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM; produce weekly activity and pipeline reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies; maintain candidate confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network; develop market intelligence on competitors, salaries, and trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues on large mandates; share best practices and contribute to team goals
Job Requirements : -
2–5+ years in IT / Tech recruitment; strong track record placing technical roles.Technical aptitude to understand requirements and assess candidates.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
