About Our Client

Job Description

  • Develop and implement consistent compensation policies aligned with business goals and local cultures across APAC countries.
  • Conduct market research, compensation surveys, job evaluations, and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures in the region.
  • Manage and promote employee benefits programs, ensuring equity and consistency across South East Asia.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on global mobility policies, providing data-driven insights and leading key HR projects.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in regional total rewards, preferably within APAC region and multinational corporations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset
