ROOTS PR provides expertise in Brand Communications as part of the ROOTS & DEX Group, an integrated marketing agency. We work closely with our network partners in Digital Marketing (DEX Ventures) and Activation (ROOTS Asia Pacific) to drive integrated strategies for our clients.

This role is for you if you are energetic and passionate about tackling marketing challenges. You believe brands are living entities and that your work can improve outcomes for clients, while ensuring the team’s success along the way.

In a nut shell

As our Brand Communications Specialist, you will help ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the success of content creation and influencer engagement efforts. You will work with the team to develop and manage content for client brands and campaigns, engaging with influencers, media, vendors and partners relevant to campaign goals.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned brands' social media channels by researching and planning social content
• Collaborate with internal partners to create and distribute content on social channels
• Identify, engage and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) for brand campaigns
• Assist in building PR strategies by liaising with media houses to foster dialogue and promote brand campaigns
• Understand and manage daily operations of the internal team (WIP, Cadences, Task Management)
• Provide research support and compile relevant information for new pitches and proposals
• Align with internal / external stakeholders to meet overall project / campaign objectives
• Track, analyze and report overall brand performance
