Position : Senior Manager, Integrated Communications
Reports to : General Manager / Managing Director
Based in : Klang Valley

Role overview :
The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications, will oversee the strategic direction and implementation of comprehensive communication initiatives for a portfolio of high-profile clients. This role requires a deep expertise in PR, digital marketing, and media relations, combined with strong leadership capabilities. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of communication professionals, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of multi-channel campaigns that enhance brand visibility and business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Planning & Execution :
Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that align with client business goals and elevate brand positioning.
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency and integration across PR, digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks for campaign success.
2. Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the strategic advisor to key clients, providing high-level counsel on communication strategies and campaign execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for client growth, leading the development of strategic proposals and business pitches.
3. Team Leadership & Development :
Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Provide strategic guidance and oversight on all aspects of campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are met with the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and identifying growth opportunities for team members.
4. Media & Influencer Strategy :
Oversee the development and execution of media and influencer strategies, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives and client goals.
Cultivate relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers, securing impactful coverage and partnerships.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, leveraging insights to enhance media and influencer engagement strategies.
5. Digital & Social Media Leadership :
Drive the development of innovative digital and social media strategies, ensuring campaigns effectively engage target audiences and achieve client KPIs.
Oversee the integration of digital tactics with traditional communication efforts, ensuring a seamless approach across all channels.
Use data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
6. Reporting & Analysis :
Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive campaign reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key outcomes and strategic insights.
Utilize advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing actionable recommendations for future campaign
7. Business Development
Actively look into laterally growing businesses within current clientele and seek new business opportunities (KPIs will be shared upon joining)
Play a lead role in developing proposals and strategies for current and potential clients

Ensure team MOM productivity of at least 70%
Grow, mentor, and motivate individual team members to understand and follow SOPs, and contribute to team's overall productivity. Clear documented assessments and growth / improvement plans
90% of internal and external deadlines were met by the whole team
100% of current client retention
Quarterly Team Review by client must hit at least 80%
Proactive in business development, proposals and presentation
Ensure all client KPIs are met 100%
