Overview

Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer to join our team in Senai, Johor. As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing structural and civil design plans, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and site teams to deliver innovative and practical design solutions. Responsibilities

• Design commercial, residential, and industrial buildings using precast concrete systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants and main contractors to resolve technical issues and finalize project details.
• Prepare and complete precast shop drawings within specified timelines, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of shop drawings and implement necessary amendments promptly.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, main contractors, and site teams to ensure design alignment.
• Supervise drafting staff and review drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
• Plan, manage, and schedule project timelines, including shop drawing submissions and production milestones.
• Collaborate internally with coordinators and production teams to address technical issues and communicate drawing revisions.
• Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure precision and quality of shop drawings.
