You will be responsible for acquiring new business and achieving the targets set by Lyreco for winning new customers (large corporations) within Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face‑to‑face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Be fully responsible in the prospect tendering process and follow any group guideline in accordance with customer contract signing.
- Oversee implementation of prospects and new wins customer portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction is established.
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
- Consistently achieve targets agreed with the Management.
- Establish good professional relationship with the customer, and drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standard in a timely manner.
- Report on sales activity accurately in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offering.
- Any other reasonable adhoc tasks assigned to you time to time by your management team.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field of study.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical skills, corporate sales tendering process skills.Malaysia valid driving license.Good verbal and written English.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Minimum 5 years working experience and with 2 years in B2B industry or service sales industry handling corporate customer.Seniority level
