Now, we're looking for a Head of Business Operations to join our leadership team and help us scale to the next level.

Your Role

As Head of Business Operations, you'll be the backbone of our growth journey. You'll design and implement scalable processes, streamline day-to-day operations, and ensure our teams are set up for success. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you'll work closely with the founders to turn vision into execution.

What You'll Do

Build and optimize operational processes across departments to drive efficiency.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track performance and progress.

Lead cross-functional projects that scale the business (e.g., expansion, partnerships, automation).

Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement best practices for smooth operations.

Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

5–8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or related roles (startup / scale-up experience is a plus).

Proven ability to design and implement processes that drive growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — data-driven decision maker.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable wearing many hats.

Passion for startups, scaling businesses, and building things from the ground up.

Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
