Technician

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct scheduled maintenance of air compressors (rotary screw, reciprocating, etc.) according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Replace filters, compressor oil, belts, and other consumables during servicing.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
• Replace faulty components such as valves, gauges, pressure switches, motors, or sensors.
• Perform leak checks and pressure tests.
• Assist in the installation of new air compressor units and peripheral systems (air dryers, filters, tanks).
• Support senior technicians in alignment, piping, and commissioning tasks.
• Complete service job sheets, delivery orders (DO), and maintenance checklists accurately.
• Submit photos or reports to the coordinator or office team as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers during site visits and provide basic equipment usage advice.
• Escalate technical or safety concerns to supervisors when necessary.
• Use tools and instruments responsibly and maintain them in good working condition.
• Adhere to all company and site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Assist with loading / unloading of parts, tools, and compressors when required.
• Help in packing spare parts and preparing tools for daily site work.
