Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or certificate in Engineering or related field 1-3 years of experience in onsite installation, repair, soldering or related field Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities :
- To assist and coordinate in all work including assembly, installation, support, maintenance, reparations, and delivery of related products or projects.
- On-site support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with any software or hardware system.
- Ensure safety, tidiness, and cleanliness of the work environment.
- Ensure tools and equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports such as installation form, job sheet form, and summary report.
- Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
- Ensure all work orders are executed and completed on time.
- Keep abreast of advancements and attend workshops or training as required.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
