We’re urgently hiring for Project Managers and Business Analysts to support a major Contact Centre Transformation Programme for a key client in Hong Kong. Local Malaysians only. Mandarin / Cantonese speaking required. Start date ideally within 1 - 2 months. Banking experience required.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced PMs and BAs with strong backgrounds in business transformation and contact centre operations

Proven ability to manage or support regional projects in dynamic environments

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Must be Mandarin and / or Cantonese speaking

Candidates with 1–2 months\’ notice period preferred

Key Focus Areas

Contact centre tech and process transformation

IVR, CRM, omnichannel experience a plus

Business requirement gathering & documentation (for BAs)

End-to-end project management (for PMs)

Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
