- Managing IT Projects : Oversee IT projects focused on optimizing financial and accounting processes from inception to completion.
- Requirements Gathering : Facilitate meetings between cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Analysis and Reporting : Utilize business process and data analysis frameworks to define project requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders on financial and accounting process optimization / system introduction projects.
- Autonomous Work : Work autonomously and proactively seek opportunities to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.

Must Have
Experience and Education : Approximately 7 years of experience as a business process analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Familiarity with financial accounting systems.Project Management : Demonstrated expertise in optimizing financial and accounting systems / processes.Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI and TableauTechnical Proficiency : Proficient in SQL and ExcelDatabase Skills : Proficient in drawing logical data modelCommunication Skills : Strong proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Nice to have
