Facilities Executive & 3D Graphic Designer

The Facilities Executive & 3D Graphic Designer supports the Head of Facilities Management in ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained. The role focuses on developing facilities development layout plans and 3D drawings to obtain Head of Facilities Management’s approval, and provides administrative support for department deliverables, primarily on housekeeping services.

Key Duties

• Facilities Projects

Facilities Project Drafting / Planning : prepare layout plan drawings using appropriate software for planned renovations, construction and improvement projects within the school; prepare 3D drawings to reflect planned projects and obtain approvals from stakeholders; prepare estimated Bill of Quantity for project budgeting and tendering purposes.

Customer Service : follow up with customers on “closed” job cards to gauge satisfaction and provide up-to-date reports on customer satisfaction to the Head of Facilities Management; work with Department Executives / Supervisors to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and plan / recommend improvement strategies; act as liaison for event management.
