Overview
The Senior Executive – Digital Creative & Graphic Designer is responsible for strengthening Beaconhouse Malaysia’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role combines creativity with digital strategy to produce compelling designs, visuals, videos, and campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and enrolment. The incumbent also monitors and updates social media platforms and Google Reviews to maintain a consistent, positive brand presence online.
Work Location : Beaconhouse Malaysia Regional Office, Subang Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Brand and Visual Creative – Develop visual creative for the Beaconhouse Malaysia brand and create content for printing material and digital; provide video strategies on social media creative, including ideation of content creation for developing trends in customer interactions and planning digital creative for online campaigns to boost marketing and enrolment.
- Develop design visuals and artworks for printing and online to support marketing and enrolment
- Conduct photo and video shoots of key marketing agendas or events to build the school’s and Beaconhouse Malaysia's brand reputation and create content for social media postings (e.g., reels, live or shots).
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Adapt creative to suit the channel of usage (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Recommend improvements to increase creative performance
- Manage and update media bank for schools (images or videos) for use in marketing collaterals
Digital Platforms & Website Creative
Update the website and digital design elements such as banners, headers, calendars, handbooks, and fee schedulesEnsure website visuals and layouts remain current, visually appealing, and aligned with the latest campaignsAssist in reviewing site analytics and recommend design improvements for user engagementMonitor Google Reviews regularly, compile feedback reports, and coordinate responses or follow-ups to maintain a positive online reputationManage and update all official Beaconhouse social media platforms with engaging, consistent, and timely contentEvents, Enrolment Initiatives, and Campaigns
Support the design and visual preparation for school events, open days, roadshows, and education fairsCoordinate with vendors and event partners to ensure high-quality visual brandingCapture photos and videos during events to generate post-event content and publicitySupport marketing-led enrolment campaigns with fresh creative ideas, design execution, and post-campaign analysisOther Functions
Undertake any other related duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & EnrolmentStay updated on current design, media, and digital marketing trends to continually improve content quality and engagementQualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or related field3-4 years of relevant work experienceFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantageProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or FigmaSkilled in photography, videography, and video editingFamiliar with social media analytics and digital marketing toolsGood copywriting skills; proficient with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopBehavioral competencies : good communication, interpersonal skills, planning, organizing, coordinating; analytical, goal-driven, energeticPersonality : Innovative, Creative, Flexible & Adaptable, Result Oriented, self-disciplined, proactiveApplicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya and have own transportOther
