Metrology Technician (Quality)

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all of measurement items in each process and know of the control and spec. limits
• Using related metrology tools to create recipe and measure the corresponding parameters to check the process or product performance and stability
• Implement MCA test for related metrology tools as plan and output the data to do basic analysis, including accuracy , repeatability and reproducibilityheck the process or product performance and stability
• Familiar with SPC control rule and related RFC document
• Implement measurement for special requirement, e.g. process tool qualification, process DOE, improvement projects
• Prepare quality report according to the measurement data
• Check, calibrate and clean metrology equipment regularly, execute 5S
• Assist inline process handle related measurement issue
• Other Job assignment from superior
