Responsibilities
- Support the team in executing RFx (request for quotation / tender) processes which includes drafting RFx documents, sending out RFx invitations to vendors, consolidating vendor responses, analyzing vendor quotes, and preparing recommendation summaries
- For sourcing
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to senior associates / managers on areas where operational efficiency can be enhanced
