Field Application Specialist

Penerangan pekerjaanA Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory, Health Laboratory Technology or equivalent. A higher degree or master / PhD degree (i.e. Biomedical, Biology, Molecular, etc.) is preferred. Must be an expert in Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Multiplexing and Molecular, etc. Min 1 years of experience performing histology in a histology laboratory work with a focus in immunohistochemistry (research or clinical background) At least 1 years of experience in the optimization, operation, functionality and support of both manual and automated immunohistochemistry instrumentation Possess a car, valid driving license and open to travel (Malaysia & Brunei)
Job responsibilities :
As Field Application Specialist you will provide expert level technical support of Histology, Cytology, IHC and Molecular principles in order to assist clients and actively "MARKETING" products and services.
Additional responsibilities for the job scope :
- Provide expert technical support on all instrumentation and products via remote communication and onsite visit.
- Provide proficient product usage training, optimization of experiments and assistance with advancement of sales process.
- Provide technical direction and support to customers / field sales on operation, maintenance and correct usage of company products.
- Work closely with sales and marketing customer care, research and development to address customer concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up in order to achieve goals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in pre-sales demonstration (internal & external teams), presentation, workshops and preparation (tender specs preparation).
