Network Diagnostics Specialist (Level 3, Mandarin Support)

You'll be the go-to guru for unraveling intricate Level 3 network mysteries, setting up cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring we consistently smash our service expectations and SLAs. Get ready to make a real impact on how the connected world operates! Your Adventure Will Involve Being a Customer Champion : Providing top-tier troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email to end users, dealers, and distributors. Mastering the Network Maze : Tackling and conquering complex incidents involving IPSEC, SSL / Open VPN connections, VLAN configurations, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) – your expertise will be key! Collaborating with the Best : Partnering with our Mobile Networks team to pinpoint the root causes of those tricky network gremlins. What Makes You a Great Fit? : You bring 4+ years of battle-tested networking experience from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment. You speak the language of networks fluently, ideally holding a CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider level certification. You're a Cisco command-line ninja, with mandatory experience on their Routers, Switches, and Firewalls. Your technical and analytical skills are legendary, allowing you to dissect complex issues with ease. You're familiar with keeping a watchful eye on networks using Monitoring Tools like PRTG. You possess a deep understanding of the core principles of Ethernet, TCP / IP routing, Policy-based routing, IPsec / SSL / Open VPN, and VRFs. You have a proven track record of slaying network problems and finding effective resolutions. You're a consummate professional in all your client interactions. You're an innovative thinker, bringing a positive, proactive attitude and thriving on change. You excel in our fast-paced, agile environment, where critical thinking and sharp problem-solving are your superpowers. You're a self-starter, ready to take ownership and drive solutions. Bonus points if you have experience providing sales support in complex network environments and if you speak additional languages! You're a time-management maestro and possess natural leadership qualities. You're a task terminator, seeing every mission through to completion. Your attention to detail is laser-sharp, delivering accuracy at the highest level. Problem-solving is your passion, and you tackle challenges head-on.
