Job Description

This Sales Manager role will be leading a team and be accountable for a core business of the company, which is primarily focused on export to the HVAC, electronics and automotive industries. You'll work across functions and regions to strengthen the customer base and achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include :

Provide leadership and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives, budgetary goals, and performance targets.

Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities across the electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.

Lead and actively engage both peers and team members to achieve targeted outcomes, while providing long-term coaching and development to foster positive growth and employee development.

Carry out the duties and responsibilities of an Export and Key Account Management specialist to ensure successful results for all designated accounts.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For An Experienced Sales Manager Who Has Strong Export Sales Experience From Manufacturing, HVAC Or B2B Trading Industries. Ideal Candidates Will Have

Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering and equivalent. Master's degree is advantageous.

At least 8-10 years experience in export sales from electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.

A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.

A proactive approach and results-driven attitude to meet and exceed targets.

Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.
