- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, and land freight).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through relationship management and solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth or differentiation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members where necessary.
Job Requirements
