The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in managing the department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations and administration.
Responsibilities include ensuring team members complete online trainings, conducting audits to assess performance, providing knowledge, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. You should be capable of training and developing the team with new ideas and methods.
