JOB SUMMARY
In lieu with the rapid expansion in Malaysia retail business, we are looking for a candidate who can spearhead the Skechers Malaysia merchandising team in apparel and accessories.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Merchandiser planning for all new stock arrival to stores based on their sales volume, specific market trend, location, spending power and seasonal buying pattern.
- Liaise with marketing and operation team and front liners for the ongoing promotion and stock planning for all departmental stores.
- Store visit to ensure business has the optimum amount of stock to sell in store.
- To prepare and update monthly product new launch chart, sell thru and sales analysis.
- To monitor sales performance for all categories and to ensure that sales is viable for the size allocation of each category.
- To analyze sell thru and preparing OTB, buy and allocation stocks.
- To monitor inventory and liquidation plan on off seasoned inventory.
- Store inventory allocation and consolidation, replenishment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years working experience in apparel and accessories division, preferably retail industry.Experience in stock control and reporting would be advantageous.Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.Strong organization and time management skills.Preferably specializing in merchandising, product planning, sales retail or equivalent.Must be computer literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Candidate must possess at least Degree or higher educational level.
