As a Digital, Content & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing digital content that enhances our brand identity, drives audience engagement, and expands our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative mindset, strong storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
You will craft compelling copy, design eye-catching visuals, and manage social media platforms to tell authentic travel stories and strengthen our brand connection with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Editing
- Develop engaging, high-quality content to strengthen brand reputation, attract new followers, and engage existing audiences.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, and destination features.
- Design and implement graphics, animations, and visual effects to complement written content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
2. Social Media Management & Optimization
Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and other platforms.Create platform-specific content optimized for different social channels.Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and incorporate them into content strategies.Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.3. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies and campaigns.Collaborate with sales, product teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.Review creative briefs and provide constructive feedback on social media content.4. Project & Workflow Management
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintain organized workflows to ensure smooth content production and timely delivery.Contribute ideas to campaign planning and assist in developing social media strategies.5. Performance & KPI Tracking
Track content and social media performance using analytics tools.Use engagement data to refine storytelling, visual style, and posting strategies.Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the marketing team.Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Design / Advertising / Marketing or related field.2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.Excellent command of written English and Mandarin.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, or similar design tools.Proven ability to craft content that connects emotionally and drives engagement.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content optimization.Passion for travel / tourism and creating engaging stories through words and visuals.Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency.Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
