Overview
We\'re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our client\'s marketing efforts across a network of schools. You\'ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives enrollment and strengthens our brand in the Malaysian market. Preferably someone with strong Digital Marketing Background.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy tailored to various school segments, from preschool to senior levels.
- Brand Management : Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and value proposition across all channels.
- Digital & Content Leadership : Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and website management. Lead the creation of engaging content, including promotional videos, to attract prospective parents and students.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and manage the marketing team, with a direct reporting line for all social media executives. Foster a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Performance Analysis : Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to optimize performance, manage budgets, and identify new growth opportunities.
