Job Summary :

As a Senior Presales Solution Architect at Cloud Kinetics, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to clients. You will be responsible for designing and presenting innovative cloud solutions that meet client needs, while also collaborating with various internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather technical and functional requirements.

Solution Design :

Develop tailored cloud solutions that align with client goals and objectives. Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution proposals.

Presentations and Demonstrations :

Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of Cloud Kinetics solutions. Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration :

Work closely with engineering, product management, and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with best practices. Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends.

Market Insights :

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform solution development and client discussions. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and thought leadership content.

Training and Mentorship :

Mentor junior presales team members and provide training on cloud solutions and sales strategies. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Technical Skills :

In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with a strong understanding of their core services, features, and architectures. Ability to evaluate and recommend the most suitable platform based on client requirements and business objectives. Advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Proficiency : Proficient in using IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager to automate the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure. This includes creating reusable templates and modules to streamline the provisioning process and enhance operational efficiency. DevOps Practices and CI / CD Pipelines : Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools that facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) processes. Experience in implementing CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery. Cloud Security Best Practices : Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks. Ability to design secure cloud architectures that adhere to industry standards and best practices, ensuring the protection of sensitive data. Performance Optimization and Cost Management : Skills in analyzing cloud resource utilization and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. Experience in implementing cost management strategies, including rightsizing resources and leveraging reserved instances or savings plans to maximize ROI. Technical Documentation and Solution Architecture : Ability to create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans. Experience in presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner. Integration and API Management : Knowledge of integrating cloud services with on-premises systems and third-party applications through API management and microservices architecture. Familiarity with tools like AWS API Gateway or Azure API Management to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.
