Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and public speaking events on accounting, taxation, finance, and business topics.
• Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and audience levels (beginner to advanced).
• Incorporate real‑world case studies, practical examples, and interactive exercises.
• Develop accurate, up‑to‑date training materials aligned with current accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial practices.
• Design structured training programs tailored to client or organizational objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and propose customized learning solutions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Represent the organization as a subject‑matter expert at conferences, events, and professional forums.
• Stay current with IFRS, GAAP, tax laws, financial regulations, and business trends.
• Maintain relevant certifications and actively pursue professional development.
