Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations and supporting departments to identify organizational training needs
• Design, manage and deliver in-house training programmes for staff and executive levels, including soft-skill, orientation and ad-hoc programmes upon requests
• Analyse, select and apply a variety of methodologies and technologies to address specific training / learning needs and assess training processes execution
• Implement and monitor the training assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness in meeting organizational needs
• Ensure training calendar, programmes, systems and policies are updated from time-to-time in line with continuous improvement endeavours
• Perform other duties as assigned
