Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Operations & Administrative Executive to oversee daily branch operations within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will support sales activities, manage administrative and facilities functions, and ensure the office runs efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a good understanding of business processes. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have an added advantage, as interaction with external stakeholders may be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily branch operations and administrative systems to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the implementation and management of sales activities and facilities functions.
• Maintain an organized office system, including data management and filing.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Handle incoming calls, correspondence (emails, letters, and packages), and general inquiries.
• Assist real estate agents in understanding document flow and administrative procedures.
