Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll migration, with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Ensure adherence to Malaysia statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax, etc.). Handle expatriate-related matters, including tax compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Support HR reporting, audits, and statutory compliance activities. Assist in compensation & benefits administration, including coordinating and facilitating the performance appraisal process. Participate in planning and executing employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and continuous process improvements. Undertake additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by management. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations, with hands-on payroll migration experience. Strong knowledge of Malaysia statutory contributions and expatriate tax regulations. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in HRIS / Payroll systems and MS Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
