Responsibilities :

Assist in recruitment of new Life Planners (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).

Support onboarding and engagement of new recruits.

Organize agency events, training, and recognition activities.

Manage recruitment materials, social media postings, and branding initiatives.

Prepare reports and maintain candidate / agency records.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.

Good communication & people skills.

Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

Interest in recruitment / HR or financial services is an advantage.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
