Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to understand their business needs and present Konica Minolta's comprehensive range of office equipment and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and secure repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Konica Minolta's offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments to enhance your sales expertise
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and a customer-centric approach
