Job Responsibilities
- Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launching, project and show house launches.
- Participate in roadshows and exhibition events.
- Source for new prospects and follow up with existing potential prospect to ensure sales target is achieved.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare all sales and marketing related administration tasks eg. promotional activities, marketing budget, sales activity duties, etc.
- Provide excellent sales and customer services to customers and purchasers.
- Provide assistance in loan application and execution of the Sales and Purchase agreement with solicitors.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Management / Administrative or related.At least 2-3 years of working experience in related property or real estate exposure.Good customer service and communication skills, result oriented and dynamic.Mature, independent and excellent personality.Must possess own transportation.Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.Entitle to attractive sales commission and weekend duty allowance.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
