We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Marketing, Brand & Communications team to bring ideas to life across digital, print, social and physical touchpoints.
This is a hands‑on and conceptual role for a designer who combines strong creative craft with the ability to think strategically. You will play a key role in shaping how our healthcare brands are seen and experienced — developing campaign concepts, guiding visual direction and ensuring creative quality across channels and markets.
You should be equally comfortable brainstorming ideas, refining layouts and leveraging new tools, including AI content generation, to deliver fresh, high‑impact creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas across campaigns, digital, social media, print and events.
- Translate marketing and brand strategies into strong, visually coherent campaigns and storytelling assets.
- Create design systems, templates and visual identities that can scale across brands and platforms.
- Experiment with AI‑assisted content generation (e.g. image creation, ideation prompts, layout variations) to expand creative possibilities and efficiency.
Brand & Visual Identity
Uphold and evolve brand identity across all materials to ensure design consistency and visual impact.Adapt creative assets for different business units and markets while maintaining brand integrity.Collaborate on the evolution of brand guidelines and visual language as the organisation grows.Work closely with marketing managers, content writers, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.Contribute creative direction and mentor junior designers or vendors on executional quality.Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.Partner with production teams, printers and external agencies to achieve the best design outcomes.Explore new design and content technologies, including AI tools, to enhance creative output and workflow.Propose new ways to increase campaign effectiveness, visual engagement and team productivity.Stay current with design, digital and cultural trends relevant to healthcare and consumer brands.Maintain and organise the shared asset library and ensure templates and files are optimised for reuse.Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.5+ years of experience in design, with proven ability to lead or own creative workstreams.Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creative versatility and polished execution.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Working knowledge of motion or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred.Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Sora.Strong grasp of layout, typography, hierarchy and modern design trends.Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.What We’re Looking For
