- Develop Sales Programs, Business strategies, Effective tracking and analysis processes is an essential component of the role to drive Sales Revenue and Recruitment Head Count growth.
- Develop a comprehensive education program / Sales system to support the growth strategy of Distributor throughout all levels of the career path.
- Contact with the Distributor is in the form of both face to face and distance communication.
- Planning and execution of special event for Distributor recognition.
Sales Training Job Role & Responsibilities
Guard and promote awareness to all Sales staff & Independent members.Work functionally with all Field Sales Leaders to ensure their continued movement on the career path to expand the Sales Leader count.Involve in planning, monitoring, and reviewing / reporting Source of Sales and Budgeting.Strategic planning : Proactive behaviors, Critical thinking, and Result Orientated member of Management Team.People Development, growth of Network Development Team and Distributor skills in communication / leadership skills. Effective channels of communication between the Field Sales Leader and Company to bridge the company direction and prompt response to their inquiries.Coaching skill, communication, and business management skills. Ensure that both the company’s objectives are conveyed while representing the best interest of the Distributor. This foster team spirit and creates a positive problem-solving environment. Ensure Distributors are practicing the culture and abide to policies.Establish a strong rapport with the Distributor to ensure continual feedback regarding the effectiveness of current support. Attend Distributor event and field work.Specific Distributor stratification communication role : Leader focus groups are designated and reviewed on a monthly and quarterly basis. They include groupings according to Area size, Executive’s status, Royalty Bonus / Country Pool / Diamond Pool Achievement.Provide the Distributor with counselling, motivation, recognition, and support. (include verbal and written communication) effectively promote, educate to help Distributor understand and maximizes the company programs to achieves their goal.Lead in planning and execution of Sales events such as Royalty Convention, Weekly Zoom Meeting, Leader development seminar & Etc.Guard and promote awareness of the Mission and Culture across all Sales staff & Distributor members to creates excellence working ethic and fair market practices to attain the level of good corporate citizen.Application insights
