Job Description
- Attend to customers' daily service needs.
- Manage service appointment registration.
- Promote service and parts sales.
- Execute customer service-related duties and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress and inform customers of any delays.
- Handle customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct a reminder call one day before the appointment to update customers on parts status.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive-related business or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate.Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.Training will be provided.Benefits
