Responsibilities :

• Promote and drive sales of new vehicles / car.
• Participate in road shows, sales activities, and launching events.
• Manage daily sales prospecting and maintain all records systematically for effective use of the Sales Funnel system, reporting daily to the sales manager.
• Comply with the company's guidelines and procedures.
• Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the dealership sales target.
• Determine customers' needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions.
• Constantly acquire and update knowledge of our products.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and achieve DSSI target.
• Generate and capture as many leads as possible in the funnel (volume).
• Retain and update customer information to ensure customer loyalty and support all CRM initiatives.
• Actively interact with all levels of customers.
