HR Assistant (人力资源助理) (Nibong Tebal,Penang)

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-4 years’ experience; candidates encouraged to apply. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist Managing Directors with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Monitor and oversee the attendance of foreign workers.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all workers are wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE), especially safety shoes.
- Check production activities and ensure the workplace remains clean and well-organized at all times.
