Job Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Support the leadership team in evaluating investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or similar designation preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience, with a background in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business partnership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills.
