Service Optimization Specialist / Assistant Manager

As a Specialist / Assistant Manager in Service Optimization at GoGlobal, you will play a critical role in analysing, documenting, and optimizing our business processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our processes are efficient, well-documented, and continuously improving.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business processes in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, process workflows, and flowcharts.
• Utilize new systems / applications to stabilize processes and draft SOPs before handing them over to other teams.
• Review inefficiencies and mistakes reported by different operational teams. Create management reports and propose process improvements to prevent the recurrence of reported incidents.
• Collaborate with regional leads to ensure areas of improvement are progressing as per the agreed timelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with different teams for process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the project management of new product initiatives as requested.
• Collaborate with different teams to review and obtain approval on process changes.
• Maintain operational frameworks and other documentation.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
