Manager, Existing Channels & Database Acquisition (Personal Finance)

This is a full-time position based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. As the Manager, Existing Channels & Database Acquisition (Personal Finance) at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth strategy and expanding its customer base within the personal finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head in planning and executing marketing plans / strategies to improve the personal finance business.
• Improve existing products / schemes to stay relevant and competitive in the business.
• Analyse existing customer base and market performance, and identify new areas of business expansion.
• Create strong brand awareness and image in the personal finance industry.
• Establish strong relationships with business partners.
• Communicate effectively with Regional Managers, Business Units and all other sales channels on personal finance business plans and strategies.
• Explore and expand new sales channels.
• Grow sales via embedded financing.
• Lead and drive the team towards achieving company objectives.
