Role Responsibilities : To assist in running of all BAU functions for all relevant Structured Notes, OTC Derivatives products classed and Private Capital Investments (PCI) including settlement, exceptions processing, MIS reporting, control & risk mitigation and project deliveries if required.

  • Ensure analysts perform timely resolution of internal & external customer queries.
  • Able to escalate customer complaints and propose solutions to resolve them by liaising with team members from trade processing function.
  • Understands customers’ requirements and able to instil a customer-centric culture in the team.

Job Summary

  • Trade Processing : To assist in running of all BAU functions for all relevant Structured Notes, OTC Derivatives products classed and Private Capital Investments (PCI) including settlement, exceptions processing, MIS reporting, control & risk mitigation and project deliveries if required.

  • Customer Management : Liaise with team members from support function on client query handling if required.
  • Understands customers’ requirements and able to instil a customer-centric culture in the team.

    • Processes

  • Transaction Processing Activities : Understands the various product booking models & can perform end-to-end trade processing activities for all Structured Products and PCIs. Assist in 1st level processing & 2nd level approvals in the TP systems (mainly T24) and ensure contract notes are issued in accordance with country regulatory requirements daily.
  • Target to ensure minimal processing errors that could lead to operations losses, near misses and regulatory / client impacts.
  • Able to drive quality work and maintain timeliness within teams.

  • Guide and share knowledge between team members to support one another.
  • Participate in cross training across products and functions as part of contingency plan.

    Control & Risk Mitigation

  • Adheres to laid out processes and procedures of the bank while completing process actions.
  • Prompt and early escalation of risk issues to Line Managers.
  • Identify errors and omissions resulting from routine process actions and ensure regular updating of process procedures.

    • Governance

    Work Management

  • Prioritizes and schedules department workload to meet volume peaks & troughs.
  • Communicates own work plan issues and escalates potential bottlenecks to Line Managers.
