Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for print, digital media, and social platforms, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, presentations, newsletters, and reports.

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, marketing teams, and content experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of medical information in all visuals.

Design patient education materials that simplify complex healthcare topics, enhancing patient understanding and engagement.

Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations, branding guidelines, and HIPAA privacy standards.

Maintain consistency in visual branding across all healthcare campaigns and communication channels.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Stay updated on design trends, healthcare communication best practices, and emerging tools / technologies.

Support internal teams by creating templates, presentations, and visuals for meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field.

2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to interpret and visually communicate complex medical and scientific information clearly.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient privacy (HIPAA), and industry standards is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience creating infographics and data visualizations for healthcare data.

Basic knowledge of UX / UI design principles.

Video editing and motion graphics experience is a bonus.
