As the Executive - Social Media at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's online presence and engagement with its customers. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the brand's online visibility and interaction with target audiences.

Create engaging and visually appealing content for the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with the overall marketing and communication objectives.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage online reputation effectively.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive engagement.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content.

Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
