About Us

Klinik Naura is a women's and family health clinic specializing in obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics, vaccinations, and wellness services. We are committed to providing quality healthcare in a warm and supportive environment. To support our growth, we are looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Junior Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with potential patients.
  • Support the development of promotional materials, advertisements, and events.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing performance and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to align marketing strategies with clinic goals.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in Malay (written and spoken).
  • Creative and proactive with a good understanding of social media trends.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic skills in Canva, video editing and social media advertising is required.
